30-Day Unconditional Return and Refund

For each physical product sold by ViparSpectra, we offer a 30-day unconditional refund guarantee. To be eligible for a return, you must keep the item in the original packaging, and we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Virtual products, such as gift cards, are exempt from being returned.

US Limited Warranty

ViparSpectra also provides an up to 3-year limited warranty for most LED grow lights; Double Chips dimmable series led grow light are come with 2-year limited warranty; Led aquarium lights are ome with 1 year limited warranty. Depending on different issues, we may process a full refund, partial refund, exchange, or repair for you.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before they officially post your refund. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

We have local after-sale service centers in the US, Canada, UK, EU Countries, and Australia. Usually, we will provide a free return shipping label.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We are responsible for return shipping charges when returning an item(s) within 3 years from the date you have received our item(s).

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
