Come and enter the 1st ViparSpectra Photo Contest!
We would like to see your best photos of anything about "growing". Please check the following description about rules and prizes carefully.
How to Enter
Take at least three photos about "growing plants." They can be in a house, in a garden, with animals, or just your plants. And then simply
- follow our Facebook and post your photos on your own Facebook and tag ViparSpectra; or
- follow our Facebook and comment with your photos below THE ORIGINAL POST; or
- follow our Facebook and send your photos to Harrison@viparspectra.com with the title "1st Photo Contest".
Liking our Page and sharing this post, you will also have a chance to win the prize for sharing. Have fun with the contest!
Rules and Requirements
- The photos can be in color or black and white, and Photoshop or any filters are acceptable;
- Anybody can enter the test (but most of our prizes are available/applicable in the United States. See the last part about prizes);
- Photos should be in focus and clear;
- Logos of other brands are not allowed to be displayed in your photos, or you will be disqualified;
- Winners need to send us the original photos, or you will be disqualified because you are unable to prove you are the author of the work;
- DISCLAIMER: By entering the Contest, you allow ViparSpectra to share your photos with your Facebook name to others at any time; by winning and accepting the prizes, you authorize ViparSpectra to use your photos for both non-commercial and commercial purposes with or without your name.
Schedule
May 12 - Entries end.
May 14 - Judging.
May 15 - Prizewinner will be announced on Facebook. (The date has been changed to May 18)
May 18 - Announce winners and contact to send prizes.
Judge
We will ask all of our marketing team and sales team members to judge the photos. Every photo will be shown to them without the photographer's name.
Awards and Prizes
- The Best Photo Award, one winner. The winner receives one Pro Series P1500 and one set of 5-gallon 8-bag bubble bags to the total value of about $210;
- The Great Photo Award, one winner. The winner receives one 4'x4' ViparSpectra grow tent to the value of about $100;
- Prizes for participation in the contest, three winners. Randomly chosen. Each winner receives one set of 5-gallon 5-bag bubble bags and a $20 ViparSpectra gift card, to the total value of about $45;
- Prizes for sharing, three winners. We will randomly choose the winners from people who share this post. Each of them receives one 2-feet 4-layer drying rack to the value of $15.
Note: If a prize is not available in the winner's address, we will replace it with other products, gift cards, or discounts of the same value. If no alternative is available, you have to waive your prizes.
